Protect and preserve your tiles and grout with our sealing service. Our tile and grout sealing service safeguards your surfaces against stains, discoloration, and simplifies maintenance, ensuring lasting beauty and cleanliness.

How it Works: Our sealing process creates a water-resistant barrier that reduces the likelihood of mold growth, grime, and efflorescence accumulation, extending the life of your tiles and grout.

Types of Sealers:

  1. Penetrating Sealers: Our technicians use a penetrating impregnating sealer that permeates the surface pores without altering texture, preserving breathability and slip resistance. This sealer provides an invisible, transparent finish that maintains the natural appearance of your stone and tile. For a subtle color enhancement (not effective on white/yellow surfaces), we offer a low sheen/wet look impregnating sealer.

  2. Topical Sealers: Ideal for surfaces like vinyl, linoleum, old slate, and terracotta flooring, topical sealers create a protective film on the surface. Our technicians can apply a high gloss, satin sheen, or matte finish to suit your preferences. Topical sealers are useful for concealing certain types of damage or when old sealer remnants cannot be fully removed. Please note that topical sealers may not be suitable for wet areas due to potential moisture entrapment and increased slipperiness.

For natural stone and porous tiles, we recommend our penetrating sealer to preserve appearance, slip resistance, and prevent moisture damage.

Important Information:

  • Allow a minimum of 4 hours for sealed surfaces to dry before walking on them.
  • Avoid wetting sealed surfaces for up to 24 hours after sealing to ensure proper curing, especially for outdoor areas.
  • Refrain from testing or cleaning the sealed surface until it has fully cured.
