How It Works

1. Expert Cleaning & Treatment: Our specialized cleaning system removes discoloration from surfaces and grout lines, restoring them to their best possible condition.
2. Sealing: Select a sealer to create a water-resistant moisture barrier, reducing the likelihood of mold growth, grime, and efflorescence buildup.

Sealer Types

1. Penetrating Sealers: These impregnating sealers permeate surface pores without altering texture, providing moisture and stain resistance without changing slipperiness or adding a visible film. Choose from an invisible transparent finish or a low sheen/wet look impregnating sealer for color enhancement (sheen/wet look not effective on white/yellow surfaces).
2. Topical Sealers: Applied as a film on the surface, these sealers are popular for vinyl/linoleum and certain slate or terracotta flooring. Select from high gloss, satin sheen, or matte finish options. Topical sealers may trap moisture and increase slipperiness when wet; they're not recommended for wet areas.

For natural stone and porous tiles, we recommend using a penetrating sealer to maintain appearance, slip resistance, and prevent moisture damage.

Sealer Choices

• DeepShield Transparent Penetrating Sealer (10-year lifetime) - Comes standard.
• DeepShield Colour Enhancing Penetrating Sealer (10-year lifetime) - Extra $15 per sqm. 
• DeepShield Gold Transparent Penetrating Sealer (15-year lifetime) - Extra $5 per sqm.
• Topical Sealer with Gloss/Satin/Matte finish options (3-5 year lifetime) - Extra $5 per sqm.

Additional Charges:

• Wet areas (bathroom, toilet, laundry) are double the rate per m2 as they typically require more attention and time.
• Excess mould treatment with chlorine: From $5 extra per m2.
• Efflorescence and rust stains with a light acid wash or alternative treatment (depending on the stone): From $8 extra per m2.
• Grout haze removal with an acid wash: From $15 extra per m2.
• Factory wax removal for newly laid tiles: From $8 extra per m2.
• Carpet/vinyl Residue: From $10 per m2.
• Additional treatments may incur extra charges per m2.

Preparation

Please clear and remove as much furniture as possible from the areas to be cleaned before our arrival.

Important Information

• Allow a minimum of 4 hours for sealed surfaces to dry before walking on them.
• Avoid wetting sealed surfaces until the sealer has fully cured (up to 24 hours); consider this when sealing outdoor areas.
• Wait for the sealer to fully cure before testing or cleaning.
• Cleaning restores surfaces to their best possible condition; however, it may not reverse damage, aging, or heavy staining. Additional services may be required.
• Deep stains may not be removable. Stone surfaces may require resurfacing, while certain stains on manufactured tiles may be permanent. Our technicians will assess the situation and raise any concerns.
• Cleaning procedures pose a small risk of loosening or removing grout, especially in aged, loose, or unstable grout. In rare cases, grout repairs or regrouting may be necessary at an additional cost.
