After the removal, the area is meticulously cleaned, setting the stage for a new, specially mixed grout in your selected colour. Preparation and Care:

• Avoid wetting areas with missing grout for at least 24 hours before our visit.
• Prevent mould and damage by keeping the area dry, as moisture under tiles can cause long-term issues.

Important Notes:

• Allow a minimum of 24 hours for new grout to dry properly, with possible minor colour changes during this period.
• Sealed grout must remain dry for 24 hours after application for optimal curing.
• Our careful re-grouting process minimizes tile chipping, but be aware that additional repair costs may apply in rare cases.
• Re-grouting improves appearance but is not a waterproofing solution. We recommend water testing to identify any underlying waterproofing issues.

Please be advised that regrouting will not resolve any waterproofing issues. If there are concerns about leaks, we recommend a leak detection test to accurately identify and address the source of the problem. This approach will ensure that the waterproofing is properly assessed and treated.it is the clients repsonsibility to notify Tile and Grout Pro of any leaks, waterproofing issues as this can significantly alter the results of a service
