Wash Packages
Prices and wash packages are subject to change at the discretion of Carwood Mobile Car Wash & Detailing. Updates will be reflected on our booking platform.
Payment Terms
Bookings are charged after the services are completed. Carwood Mobile Car Wash & Detailing operates as a cashless service, accepting payments exclusively through valid debit/credit cards.
- If a payment method is declined, customers must resolve the issue within 24 hours. After this period, we may initiate a collection process.
- Additional charges may apply for servicing oversized or commercial vehicles.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
You may reschedule or cancel your booking within 8 hours of the service start time. After this grace period, the following fees apply:
- $50 flat fee for same-day rescheduling or cancellation.
- Full charge of the booking value (post-discount) if the vehicle is inaccessible or not present 30 minutes after the scheduled time.
Damages & Liability
Our technicians are fully vetted and trained. In the rare event of damage or liability, Carwood Mobile Car Wash & Detailing will work to gather information and mediate a resolution. However, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in vehicles.
Rain Checks
We cannot control the weather and, therefore, do not offer rain checks. Customers are advised to check the forecast before booking.
Appointment Timing
Our technicians may arrive up to 15 minutes late due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for removing personal items and trash before the appointment. Service may be delayed or canceled at the technician's discretion if these items remain in the vehicle.
